Stats - All Saints Day 2007

HAPPY ALL SAINTS DAY!!!

Even if you don't celebrate holy days of obligation, make an exception for this one - after all, what other corps out there has a holy day named after them??? On top of that, we're into countdown mode for the reunion ... 8 days and speeding here fast!


First, reunion update: The roster for November 9th continues to be updated in the October 30th edition of Saints Scribblings. Scroll on down to see, by state, who will be with us.

Now, to the statistics:


For www.saintsdrumcorps.com:

• Total visits to the home page of the website: 27.548 (was 23,602 last report)
  
• Postings in the Saints Guest Book: 580 (was 480)
  
• Number of images in the Photo Galleries: 1223 across 11 galleries (was 1018 across 9 galleries)

Here's the progress we've made since last month in connecting with our members:

• Names on the Saints Member Roster (still need 1967, 1968, 1969, and 1975 rosters): 355
  Increase from 341 since the last report (includes all the Wargo files)
  
• Percentage of members connected to the site / hotline (directly or through others): 42% (145 members)
  Increase from 42% (140 members) since last report
  
• Percentage of members who have contacted us and / or have been contacted by us: 50% (173 members)
  Change from 51% (171) since last report
  
• Percentage of members who have posted contact info or have called the hotline: 35% (121 members)
  Increase from 34% (114) since last report
  
• Percentage of members with no obvious connection to the site: 50% (175 members)
  Change from 49% (163 members) since last report

Here we are again with the monthly stats!

• Total visits to the home page of the website: 23, 602 (was 19, 523 on September 1)
• Postings in the Saints Guest Book: 480 (was 351)
• Number of images in the Photo Galleries: 1018 across 9 galleries (was 921 across 8 galleries)

• Names on the Saints Member Roster (still need 1967, 1968, 1969, and 1975 rosters): 341
  Increase from 327 since the last report (includes some of the Wargo files, but not all)
• Percentage of members connected to the site / hotline (directly or through others): 42% (140 members)
  Increase from 41% (133 members) since last report
• Percentage of members who have contacted us and / or have been contacted by us: 51% (171 members)
  Increase from 50% (162) since last report
• Percentage of members who have posted contact info or have called the hotline: 34% (114 members)
  Increase from 33% (104) since last report
• Percentage of members with no obvious connection to the site: 49% (163 members)
  Change from 49% (158 members) since last report

• Number of images in the Photo Galleries: 921 across 8 galleries

Here's the progress we've made since last month in connecting with our members:

• Names on the Saints Member Roster (still need 1967, 1968, 1969, and 1975 rosters): 327
  Increase from 326 since the last report
• Percentage of members connected to the site / hotline (directly or through others): 41% (133 members)
  Increase from 39% (125 members) since last report
• Percentage of members who have contacted us and / or have been contacted by us: 50% (162 members)
  Increase from 47% (156) since last report
• Percentage of members who have posted contact info or have called the hotline: 33% (104 members)
  Increase from 30% (97) since last report
• Percentage of members with no obvious connection to the site: 49% (158 members)
  Decrease from 53% (165 members) since last report

It's been very encouraging to receive e-mails from many of you with suggestions on how to find our missing members, as well as offers to help plan the reunion. THANK YOU ALL!

Another reminder -- reunion planning meeting at the Annex on September 21st from 7-9 pm. Watch for more details by next weekend.

It's been a tad over a month, so here's an update ... information is current through 8:30 am EDT on Wednesday, August 1, 2007:

• Names on the Saints Member Roster (still need 1967, 1968, 1969, and 1975 rosters): 326
  No change from the last report
• Members connected to the site (directly, through family, or through the hotline): 125
  Increase of 6 since last report
• Members contacted (web announcement card, e-mail, phone) - not yet responded: 31
  Decrease of 1 since last report
• Members / Board / Instructors interested in attending reunion: 64
  Increase of 5 since last report

Here's another view:

• 49% (156) of our members (or their families) have contacted us or have been contacted by us
  (up from 47%)
• 39% (125) of those on our roster are directly / indirectly connected to us
  (up from 37%)
• 30% (97) of our members have posted contact info on the site or have called the hotline
  (up from 27%)
• 51% (165) have no obvious connection to us so far
  (down from 53%)

It's the 51% segment that you can help us reach.

The Member Roster is a quick-loading page out on www.saintsdrumcorps.com. Look for the names that are preceded by an asterisk (*), since these are people not yet connected to the site. This is the source for names we list in our Monday MatchUps segment here in Saints Scribblings.
